Who is responsible
SparkClean is offered by Silverstone Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). For privacy questions or requests, contact us at info@silverstonelabs.in. Where privacy law applies, we handle personal information according to that law. Your rights and our obligations can depend on where you live.
Information we use
- Website and support: If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to include, such as your email address and message.
- Purchase and delivery: Checkout and email delivery are provided by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo collects and handles the information needed to take payment, issue your order, deliver your license, meet tax and legal obligations, and prevent fraud. Payment card details are entered with Dodo and are not sent to SparkClean through this website.
- License activation: When you activate or validate a license, the license key, activation identifier, and device name are sent to Dodo to check and manage the license. Our website service relays these requests and returns the result; it is not designed to keep a customer database of these request details.
- Basic service security: Our website host and service providers may process technical information, such as IP address, request time, and error or security logs, to operate and protect the site.
- Optional analytics: If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies and receive information about your browser or device, approximate location, pages and interactions, and usage events. Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage.
How we use information
We use information to provide the website and support, facilitate checkout and license delivery, activate and validate licenses, protect the service, meet legal obligations, and understand site usage when you have enabled analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Who receives information
We share information only as needed with service providers that support hosting, checkout and license services, analytics when enabled, and customer support. Dodo Payments acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment and transaction information under its own privacy terms and legal responsibilities. Google handles analytics information under its own terms. These providers may process information in countries other than yours.

SparkClean is a Mac application designed to analyze and clean files on your Mac. The website does not receive the contents of files you scan or the results of local scans through the purchase or license endpoints described here.
Cookies and your choices
Essential browser storage remembers your analytics choice. Optional Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Allow analytics.” You can reject analytics or reopen Privacy settings using the control at the bottom of the website. You can also clear this site's local storage and cookies in your browser. Blocking storage may mean your choice is not remembered.

Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, to resolve issues, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Dodo, Google, and our hosting providers set retention periods for information they process under their own policies and settings. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, to object to or restrict some processing, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info@silverstonelabs.in. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. You can manage optional analytics consent at any time using Privacy settings.
Children and changes
The website and SparkClean are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. We may update this policy as our service or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
